Bargain blaster from CFMOTO

CFMoto has been going from strength to strength in recent years – and now it’s revealed a funky 450cc version of its NK naked to take it to the more established competition.

Slotting in-between its 300NK and 650NK, the £4990, 46bhp pocket rocket looks pretty well placed to ruffle a few feathers – particularly when you consider it kicks out a similar amount of power to Honda’s CB500F and Kawasaki’s Z400, but can be bagged for less cash.

It’s not exactly dripping with the highest quality goodies, but if past experience is anything to go by, the NK will be well up to the job. For suspension, it comes kitted out with a set of upside-down non-adjustable 37mm front forks and a monoshock at the rear. Braking is looked after by a single 320mm J.Juan disc and radially-mounted caliper up-front, while a 220mm Hangte rotor takes care of things at the back. The tyres are a set of CST AS5s – although its 110/70×17 front and 150/60×17 rear wheel will make it easy to fit a premium set of hoops if you see fit.

Elsewhere, there’s a 14-litre tank, traction control, a slipper clutch, and a five-inch TFT dash which offers navigation and mobile phone connectivity.
