Diana, 33, Facilities Manager from London has been riding for around 12 years, and told MoreBikes that during that time she’s owned 25 bikes! She’s a busy, active lady and reading what she gets up to made us tired… You’ll see what we mean!
What have you got at the moment?
Enjoy everything More Bikes by reading the monthly newspaper, Read FREE Online.
I have: Kawasaki ZX10R for the track and a Ducati Monster 696 for the road. Also knocking about is a Triumph Street Triple 765 RS – which is my partner’s Road bike!
What got you into motorcycling?
“I have always been a daredevil since I was little! Be it climbing trees, skiing, sledging, wild swimming, urban exploring and general mischief! Motorcycles seemed like a natural extension to it all.”
Where do you like to ride, and who with?
“I will ride anywhere! I have a van so sometimes throw the bikes in with my partner and escape on an adventure. I love new roads and new views. Mostly I love circuit riding. I always learn something and always something to focus on, that’s my version of meditation.
I used to have a dirt bike too, however I found it too much to maintain so switched to a mountain bike. I am guilty of taking bikes to test rides for the fun of it…”
What’s your two-wheel bucket list?
“You want a list? Here it is! Flat Tracking, Club racing, riding in Asia on small bikes, an American tour on a Harley, around the Alps, Gran Canaria on a moped! That’ll do, for starters…”
What else do you get up to apart from motorcycling?
“I’m afraid this is going to be another list! As you can see I like to keep active: Mountain biking, Skiing
Cooking (oh do I love a nice dinner and wine!), Scuba diving, Climbing, Hiking, Reading, Cleaning my bike (that’s sad I know but I really get into it), Travel, Car track days, Generally anything extreme”
Thank you, Diana! If any of you ladies who ride motorcycles would like to take part in our feature, provide gear reviews for us and maybe even get involved in some testing, please contact us, here
