Yoshimura’s custom Suzuki Katana set to be unveiled at EICMA. Are you taking notes Mr. Suzuki?

Have you seen this? Young Machine in Japan has got its hands on some top quality snaps of Yoshimura’s new custom Katana.

If you were one of the bikers a little disappointed when Suzuki’s Katana was unveiled last year, there’s some good news on the horizon. Yoshimura’s created a range of parts and accessories to help the bike look more like the iconic original.

Our pals at Japanese bike magazine Young Machine are absolutely obsessed with the new Suzuki Katana. Over the past 12 months they’ve been telling us there’s something seriously exciting on the way from Yoshimura. And it turns out they were right.

Long-time Suzuki collaborator Yoshimura has just shown off a range of parts and accessories for the new Katana – and Suzuki need to take note.

Called the Sepahan kit, Yoshi’s been hard a work creating a range of parts and accessories – to help the new Katana look a little closer to the original machine. There are some new handlebars, a rear fender kit (to get rid of that ugly hugger), a big screen and a banana exhaust.

Ok, so aside from the exhaust, you can’t get your hands on the parts just yet. They’re still prototypes at this stage – but according to the Japanese the bike’s going to be on display at EICMA later in the year, so it looks like we won’t have to wait too much longer.
