So, what’s it kitted out with…
Well, just for starters there’s a trail inspired single headlight, aftermarket knuckle-guards, wire-spoked wheels adorned with knobbly rubber, and a set of Renthal bars. Plus there’s an aftermarket, tall-set exhaust that should help the Himalayan Scrambler’s water-wading capabilities.
From what we can see, the engine appears to be stock – which means it’s a 411cc single cylinder SOHC, air/oil-cooled motor, that’ll kick out 24.5bhp and around 32 Nm of torque – the same as it’s road going sibling. But, it’s kitted out with a larger rear sprocket, which should help offer improved low-end grunt and pull you through the worst the trails can throw at you.
What are you waiting for Royal Enfield? Get it made already…
