Ages ago we told you about the Vitpilen concept bikes from Husqvarna and two months ago we had an exclusive quote from the boss of the company saying that the prototypes would make it to production.

Yesterday from Milan we tweeted the very first news about the 2016 production Vitpilen super cafe racer style bike and here’s a gorgeous set of pictures of the bike itself from the factory.

Designed by the KISKA design crew, the bike shares a lot of the technical goodness with the current 701 enduro and supermoto bikes – but let’s face it, nothing the firm makes at the moment even comes close to how good this thing looks.

A 690cc single-cylinder motor isn’t all that powerful but in this chassis, and for this type of bike, it’s pretty flippin’ spot on!
