This is Haiden Deegan, 10 year old son of modern motocross star Brian Deegan. Haiden is really making a name for himself racing motocross in the States and this bit of footage of him on his dad’s bike (which is so big that it makes Haiden look like a bit dropped off) shows why he’s doing so well – the kid’s got skills.
