While there’s nothing wrong with an old-fashioned foot pump, it’s far easier to plug in a compressor and let it do the hard graft of blowing up your tyres. 

Technically, this is a portable jobbie; powered using a 12V lighter adaptor plug or by clipping the included alligator clips direct to your battery. That means in addition to being a useful addition to your workshop, the compact bit of kit is easy enough to tuck in your panniers, too. 

It’s super-simple to use and includes all the stuff you’d need to fire some air into your bike’s tyres (tucked neatly into a rugged little carrying case). It also features a built-in LED light and 0-50psi gauge. 

There’s not much more to say. It does the job well – and doesn’t cost the earth. What more could you ask for?
