The V-Strom 1050 will be available for £109 per month when it arrives in the UK in March. The new adventure machine has now been added to Suzuki’s Flexible Finance scheme and dealerships are already able to take deposits.
With a three-mode traction control system and three engine modes, a deposit or trade-in of £2,250 means the V-Strom 1050 can be ridden for £109 per month over three years. For £129 per month over the same period with a £2,360 deposit, customers can choose the V-Strom 1050XT.
The flagship V-Strom uses Suzuki’s Intelligent Ride System and a six axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) to manage lean-angle sensitive ABS and linked brakes – which support slope-dependent and load-dependent control and hill hold – as well as having cruise control and a two-mode ABS system.

Both versions of the new V-Strom use a 1037cc V-Twin engine, which produces 105bhp and is wrapped in an aluminium frame. Suspension comes from fully-adjustable 43mm front forks from KYB, with a pre-load and rebound damping-adjustable rear shock. Brakes are radial Tokicos sat on twin 310mm discs.
