Sunday sees the MotoGP race take place at an earlier time at MotorLand Aragon
Before the paddock jets off to Asia and Australia for four fly-away races, the Gran Premio Michelin® de Aragon is ready to be tackled as we see a schedule change for the MotoGP race on Sunday.
Friday sees a normal European schedule take place as the Moto3 riders kick off the track action at 09:00 local time (GMT+2) with FP1, with MotoGP (09:55) and Moto2 (10:55) following suit. The premier class will battle for Friday honours at 14:10.
Likewise, Saturday also follows a usual pattern. FP3s take place between 09:00-11:35 before qualifying for the Aragon GP begins at 12:35 with Moto3 Q1. The all-important MotoGP Q2 bursts into action at 14:35 after FP4 (13:30) and Q1 (14:10), with Moto2 qualifying going green at 15:05.

Sunday is where we see the schedule change. Moto3, as usual, will head out first for Warm Up at 09:00, but it will be the MotoGP riders who then come out second at 09:30 – not Moto2. The intermediate class will get their Warm Up underway at 10:00 ahead of the Moto3 race, which begins at 11:20 – not the usual 11:00 slot. MotoGP will race at 13:00, with Moto2 the last race of the day in Aragon at 14:30.
