MotoStop. Repsol’s NEW biker friendly petrol stations.

After a large-scale survey of motorcyclists, Repsol has updated 25 of its petrol stations across Spain to make them more biker friendly.

The new MotoStop service stations are focused on increasing both the safety and comfort of bikers when they visit a petrol station – and there’s a range of features to make your two-wheeled trip to top up on fuel simpler and safer.

At each MotoStop, the garages forecourts have been kitted out with a non-slip surface coating to stop bikers accidently slipping. Angled air pressure attachments have been installed to make it easier to inflate your bikes tyres. There’s also a range of wash boxes, which allow you to clean your pride and joy with ease – and there’s even a hot air dryer to get it dry again. Each wash box is equipped with a clothes rack so you can keep your gear dry while you’re washing your bike. Plus, there’s a selection of dedicated motorcycle parking which is protected by CCTV too.

It’s great to see Repsol going out of its way to accommodate bikers in Spain. At this stage there’s been no news if we’ll something similar in the UK. We’re keeping our fingers crossed.
