TT2019: Peter Hickman fastest in today’s single lap qualifying on his superbike, Dean Harrison second (on his superstock bike), Michael Dunlop third (on his superstocker)

Here’s the top three in terms of fastest average speed during today’s opening action on The Mountain – because it’s a combined session of both Superbike and Superstock machines, there is a mix of both spec levels being ridden. Bearing that in mind, here’s the three fastest around the 37.73-mile long course at the moment:

1: Peter Hickman – 131.29mph (Superbike)

2: Dean Harrison – 130.33mph (Superstock)

3: Michael Dunlop – 129.89mph (Superstock)

John McGuinness, making his return to the TT on the V4 Norton, made adjustments to the bike at Ballacraine and put in a comparatively slow lap of 105.66mph.
