See that orange ball in the sky? Might be the last you see of it on The Island for a while…

Island racing fans are going to have all ears open for an announcement by the Clerk of the Course at 10am this morning about is today’s on-track action happens.

With the roads due to start closing at 10.45am, it’s going to be a busy day on The Island – but with such a poor forecast that includes lots of rain and strong winds, there’s a chance that it might be another day lost to the weather.

If, by some miracle, the weather does skim past the Isle of Man today then it’ll be the turn of the four-lap Superstock TT race (scheduled to start at 12.15pm) to get out. The roads will remain closed after the big bikes have had their fun for more qualifying sessions for the sidecars, lightweight machines and electric TT Zero bikes wth the roads opening from 4.40pm.
