The Suter MMX 500 has long since been admired by two-stroke race fans far and wide – but with its limited production and prohibitive pricing, only a handful of people are ever going to get the chance to own one. Until now that is. That’s right, you can own a Suter MMX 500 – it’s just scaled down to 1/12.
Over a year ago, Suter joined forces with Bolid Italia, to create a model of the Moto2 Suter MMX 2010 – and now they’ve unveiled an impressive reproduction of the Suter MMX 500. Looks awesome, right?

So, there are three options to get your hands on this limited edition model. You can buy it direct from the manufacturer for around £230, and build it yourself. Or you can opt for the limited edition model (of which only 25 are being made), which comes with a commemorative wooden box, and will set you back close to £340.
And, finally, if you don’t fancy yourself as much of a bike builder, you can order one that’s already been mounted for around £750. Interestingly, there are only 20 mounted models available, which is the same amount as there is actual running Suter MMX 500’s on the market.
