Team Co-ordinator Vacancy At PBM
VACANCY
PBM is the collective name for Paul Bird Motorsport’s global motorsport operation which combines motorsport on two and four wheels. The PBM Be Wiser Ducati BSB Race Team are looking to employ a Team Co-ordinator to oversee and support the race team in order to defend their British Superbike Championship title and further the team’s success in the 2018 series.
THE POSITION
The Team Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting the PBM Be Wiser Ducati BSB Race Team logistically and administratively ensuring that team members are fully assisted enabling them to complete projects on schedule as specified by Team Leader/Technical Director.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
The position of Team Co-ordinator will require an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. Previous experience within a supervisory role is desirable and a flexible approach to working hours/days is required in order to accommodate the race season.
LOCATION
The Team Co-ordinator will be based at the PBM Headquarters in the Lake District but will be required to travel with and support the PBM Be Wiser Ducati BSB Race Team during the race season (March to October – 12 weekends) with additional travel expected approximately four weeks/weekends a year to fulfil the team’s road racing schedule. During the off-season, the Team Co-ordinator will be expected to attend overseas testing to support the team. Time in lieu is given following working race weekends and travel, catering and accommodation expenses are covered.
SALARY
Salary is negotiable dependent on relevant experience.
