Video: A tribute to the Suzuki Katana

A group of Italians have been hard at work, creating a custom Suzuki Katana tribute from the bones of a GSX-S1000F.

The original Katana 1100 remains one of the most exciting and innovative machines of its era, and to this day holds a dear place in the hearts of many who witnessed its arrival on the scene in the early 80s.

And to celebrate the iconic machine, Rodolfo Frascoli and Engines Engineering have created a ‘new’ Katana using a GSX-S1000F. The video above shows the various stages of its realisation, from initial sketches through to its first few metres on the road.
