Asian firm Kymco has shown two large scooters that it’s putting out as concepts at EICMA later this week – and they both look like pretty-finished ‘concepts’ that are virtually ready to go…

First up is the CV3 tri-wheel (above). Coming hot off the heels of Yamaha’s NIKEN (below) MT-09-powered three-wheeler, the Kymco version uses the coimpany’s next-generation motor that makes a healthy 53bhp @ 7,500rpm (if the bikes use only Kymco’s AK 550 motor, there’s some talk of a 400cc version of each coming in the near future, too).
The CV2 Adventure (above) gets the same running gear and engine and bears more than a passing resemblance to the Honda X-ADV go-anywhere scooter launched two years ago as a concept and last year as a production model (below).
