The BMW S310RR (or TVS Apache RR 310S) has been caught out again during testing in India. This time, we’ve got a video showing the small capacity sportbike firing up – confirming that the bike is pretty much ready to go.
We’ve been talking about the TVS Apache RR310S a lot recently – we’ve already worked out the machine’s finer details thanks to a handful of super clear spy shots, and we know it shares much with the BMW G310R, which is sadly still to make it over British shores in its final production form.

In latest video to emerge, we can hear the exhaust note of the upcoming Apache – while its up-swept exhaust unit also confirms that the bike is the Euro 4 approved, with the single silencer housing a catalyst to meet current emissions regulations and standards. And as the TVS models are being made for production in India, and aren’t required to meet stringent emissions standards – this machine is surely a BMW S310RR.
Produced to compete with the KTM RC390, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Yamaha R3, the TVS Apache RR 310S is rumoured to be launching towards the latter end of this year in India. Sadly, nothing has been announced by BMW, so we might have a little wait before the small capacity sportbike from BMW makes it to the British market.
