Intermot show: Details emerge about new Honda Fireblade – power and weight

Details have emerged at NieuwsMotor about the Honda CBR1000RR that is due to be launched officially later on today at the factory launch around 3.30pm this afternoon.
According to the rumble at Intermot in Germany, the bike is getting 10bhp more (for around 190bhp at the crank), it weighs 15kg less than the current bike (to be around 200kg).
It gets Ohlins semi-active suspension, ride-by-wire with various riding modes and a sophisticated traction control which goes under the tag HSTC – Honda Select Torque Control.
