Paul Lilly, general manager of Triumph UK & Ireland, commented: “With a proud heritage in racing, we are thrilled to be exhibiting at the home of British motorsport. The Silverstone Classic is a world-renowned event, not only within the automotive industry, but with the general public as well. It provides a perfect platform to showcase our latest range, as well as unveil a very special custom T120.
“Following the fantastic reaction we received after revealing a number of custom bikes at the Bike Shed London event in May, we hope attendees at the Silverstone Classic will share the same passion and appreciation for our collaboration project with Old Empire Customs.”
The three-day Silverstone Classic, billed as the world’s largest classic motor racing festival, is now in its 26th year. Featuring thousands of historic icons, the event sees static displays, as well as cars taking to the world famous Grand Prix Circuit. In addition, hundreds of car clubs from across the UK will be in attendance along with aerial displays from high performance aircraft and live music from the Boomtown Rats and the Stranglers.
