Another motorcycling legend will grace the stage at Kempton Autojumble next month – and you can meet him.
John ‘Moon Eyes’ Cooper will relive his racing days when he appears at The London Classic Bike Show and Kempton Autojumble on Saturday, May 13, at Kempton Park Racecourse.
His heady days as a grand prix and Isle of Man TT racer, including the time he beat world champion road racer Giacomo Agostini, are brought to life in his bookazine Moon Eyes: The John Cooper Story which has already been a sell-out success. But further copies have been printed and you can buy one at the show and have it signed by the man himself.

There’s no better day out for vintage motorcycle enthusiasts hunting rare spare parts for their restoration projects or simply to keep their motorcycles running.
With more than 250 stalls for regular traders and a lively motorcycle mart, visitors are sure to find what they’re searching for, and perhaps even stumble upon unexpected treasures.
But the undoubted highlight of the event is the opportunity to meet John Cooper, who will deliver two talks – one in the morning and one in the afternoon – alongside motorcycle historian Dennis Frost when he takes to the stage in the main show hall.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for fans to connect with the celebrated British motorcycle racer and add an autographed book to their collection.
Advance tickets are available at a discounted price on the Kempton Autojumble website: www.kemptonautojumble.co.uk
Moon Eyes: The John Cooper Story is on sale for £9.99 at www.classicmagazines.co.uk or you can buy one at the show and get it signed by John Cooper.
