“With the introduction of Sport Chief, the 2023 Indian Chief lineup is more diverse than ever—offering a wide range of performance and styling options to meet each rider’s unique personality and riding preferences.”
Ola Stenegärd, director, industrial design for Indian Motorcycle said: “In 2021, we celebrated the 100-year anniversary of Indian Chief with a line-up that pays homage to the glory days of American motorcycling.
“With Sport Chief, we wanted to maintain the same care-free attitude and American muscle but elevate it even further with componentry that not only delivers a style and attitude that exudes performance but raises the bar entirely for performance cruisers.”
Some of the Sport Chief’s offerings include preload-adjustable Fox piggyback shocks, KYB inverted front forks borrowed from the Challenger models, and dual Brembo 4 piston calipers with semi-floating 320mm rotors. It rolls on Pirelli Night Dragon tyres.
There are three ride modes – Sport, Standard, and Tour – plus other features such as cruise control, keyless ignition, ABS, LED lighting and USB charging port.
Starting at £19,995, colour options offered are Black Smoke, Ruby Smoke, and Stealth Grey. Learn more on the Indian Motorcycle website.
