TRIUMPH teases NEW Speed Triple 1200 RR. Coming NEXT month.

The Hinckley factory has just released a video which gives us a tiny glimpse of a new bike that’s just about to be released; the Speed Triple 1200 RR.

At this stage we know very little about the new machine – but a bit of logic suggests it’ll be a tweaked and tricked out version of the recently released Speed Triple 1200 RS. The only thing that the video reveals is that the RR will get a fairing, but aside from that, everything else is up in the air.

The expectation is that it’ll be a much sportier, much more focused machine – but how far Triumph pushes remains to be seen… Will it get semi-active suspension? Carbon fibre? Lightweight wheels? At this stage, there’s no way to be sure.

Thankfully, we’re not going to have to wait much longer to find out. The factory has confirmed it’ll be revealing more information in just a few weeks’ time – and we’ll be at the launch to get the inside line, so if you want to find out more, stay tuned.
