The name is currently being debated between Gixxer 250 and GSX-R250. It’s unsure what the model will end up with but given that the Indian market has already had Gixxer 155 (also referred to as the GSX-R150 AND Gixxer SF) it’s not going to seem out of place if the new bike gets the full GSX-R nametag.
The bike is expected to come in at 250cc and make 30bhp. It will have a full fairing and ABS brakes as standard.
