Erik Buell Racing ‘acquired’ by Indian company Hero for $2.8m

The ongoing saga of Erik Buell Racing continues with news that the Hero MotoCorp Ltd (HMCL) filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has agreed a settlement with Erik Buell Racing which has the American segment of HMCL acquire a ‘project’ from EBR for a fee of $2.8 million.

Buell had been working on projects for HMCL before both sides split a few years ago, it is likely that this latest news will see Buell return to those projects and resume at least some of the projects under the new coming together.
