Huge delay for today’s TT schedule.

Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson was forced to announce a two hour delay to today’s schedule following a Road Traffic Collision on open roads.

The incident took place at Ballacrye minutes before roads were due to close for the start of Monday’s schedule.

Just after 1030 Thompson announced that the delay to the programme was likely to be at least two hours.

With very little room in the already packed schedule it remains to be seen what the full effect of the dealy will be on racing and qualifying over the next few days.
