Triumph has revealed a Special Edition of the Tiger Explorer XC. There will be just 50 of the 137bhp, 1200cc bikes on sale from April, to celebrate the company’s partnership with motorcycle expedition experts, Globebusters.
In keeping with the bikes that will be used by Globebusters’ worldwide overland tours in 2015, the special edition Explorers have been fitted with a number of upgrades and modifications.
Available in either matt black or matt blazing orange, each bike has heated rider seat and grips, a taller screen, headlight protectors, radiator guards and CNC machined front foot rests. Every Tiger also comes fitted with a sat nav and mount, a tank pad, panniers and roll bag.
The bikes carry the standard machine’s cruise control, switchable ABS and traction control.
The Tiger Explorer XC SE costs £13,999 OTR, from selected dealerships.
