New scooter luggage from Givi

The new Givi XS318 is ideal for safely extending the storage capacity of your scooter without sacrificing comfort, while at the same time maintaining a smart look.

The core philosophy of every scooter is to be practical and useful for every commute and to make the day-to-day life easier. With this in mind, a large load capacity is needed, but on occasion, the underseat storage is insufficient. GIVI has developed new scooter luggage in the shape of the tunnel bag. With a 25-litre capacity, the XS318 is equipped with a large compartment in which the rider can store everything they need on a daily basis, and there are two side pockets for smaller items such as documentation, glasses or a smartphone.

The new Italian bag, which can be easily and quickly attached to the scooter, brings a smart way to take advantage of the center tunnel – the “dead“ space left between the rider’s legs –as the luggage has been designed taking the structure of the foot platform into account. The XS318 can be easily attached by means of two inclusive straps that are fixed on the hooks placed in the side pocket of the bag. With these same straps, the bag can also be attached to the rear part of the scooter. The XS318 is supplied with a practical handle and shoulder straps for an easier transportation once it is removed from the scooter.

The bag is made of highly resistant Guzy 600D Polyester reinforced with PVC inserts. On its surface, GIVI has incorporated several reflective inserts on the surface of the XS318 which increase visibility in low light conditions.

One of the most noteworthy features of the tunnel bag is its transparent pocket for carrying, visualizing and operating smartphones and GPS devices. In the event of rain, GIVI also includes a waterproof, fluorescent rain cover which prevents the bag from coming into contact with water and is easily stored in the bag’s rear pocket.
