The Can-Am Spyder F3 is Bombardier Recreational Products’ (BRP) new addition to the Can-Am Roadster line-up in 2015. The F3’s new muscular design and custom fit UFIT cruising-riding position will allow the open-air, on road user to experience a thrilling ride in comfort.

The exclusive UFIT system allows riders to personalise their F3 with customised peg and handlebar positions to express their own personality and riding style. The unit’s personalisation is further enhanced by a range of parts, accessories, clothing and hero packages that incorporate different riding experiences including Touring/ Escape, Muscle/Attitude and Urban/Nights.
The Surrounding Spar Technology (SST) frame, also exclusive to BRP, contributes to the F3’s low centre of gravity and cruising-riding position and has been designed to reduce weight while offering increased durability with fewer parts.
In addition to the Spyder F3, BRP will be introducing the Special Series which will be available on 2015 Spyder RT and RS models. These stunning vehicles are available only in limited quantities. As with all Can-Am Spyder models the Spyder F3 offers both manual and semi-automatic transmissions.
The Spyder F3 is available in range of colour schemes: Steel Black Metallic; and the Spyder F3-S model is available in Pure Magnesium Metallic/Steel Black Metallic or Can-Am Red Solid Gloss/Steel Black Metallic. In addition, the entire Can-Am Spyder line-up is refreshed with striking new colours.
The F3’s reliable liquid-cooled Rotax 1330 ACE (Advanced Combustion Efficiency) engine offers the right mix of power and torque, underlined by a new signature exhaust note thanks to the Akrapovic Straight Shot Silencer. The engine’s peak power at 7,250RPM is 115hp and puts out 130Nm of torque at just 5,000rpm. BRP’s exclusive ACE technology maximises every aspect of the engine, from the valvetrain to the bore and stroke design, reducing mechanical friction.
The Rotax engine’s is augmented by the Can-Am Spyder’s signature Y-frame design and an advanced Vehicle Stability System that has been developed in partnership with Bosch and includes traction control, stability control and anti-lock brakes. The result is precise handling and control.
Key features of the Can-Am Spyder F3 also include the industry-leading Dynamic Power Steering (DPS), electronic cruise control, the ECO™ mode smart assist system, which helps improve the F3’s fuel economy by indicating precisely where the shift points should be for maximum fuel efficiency, and a Digitally Encoded Security System (D.E.S.S.), which requires the properly coded electronic key to operate the roadster, providing higher security.
