KGN Motorsport Fabrication launches 2017 products

KGN Motorsport Fabrication has launched its range of 2017 products for both two and four wheel sport. The company says it’s using the highest quality materials and that the products are built in-house at KGN’s state-of-the-art factory. In addition, each product can be customised to individual race team and workshop needs.

After a successful introduction and R&D phase working with some of the leading teams in the MCE British Superbike Championship paddock, KGN Motorsport Fabrication is launching its range of 2017 products now, enabling race teams to get ahead of the game for next season. With a wide range of customisable options, the KGN Motorsport Fabrication product range is aimed at both two and four wheel competitors who want to stand out from the crowd with high-quality professional pit and race products.

The 2017 range includes a Pit Garage Light Hood which has been specifically designed to withstand the demanding rigors of a race weekend. Made from durable and lightweight aluminium, the system has two 600mm super bright LED panels and twin 240V power supplies at each end. The unit can be powder coated in any colour, whilst the LED strip lights have four programmable multicolours to fully enhance team and brand sponsorship.

For paddock support, KGN offer a lightweight Wheel Trolley, allowing you to move wheels rapidly between the pits, support vehicles and tyre fitters. Created from robust stainless steel, the unit can comfortably carry up to ten wheels and tyres across uneven ground thanks to the large 6” lockable rubber wheels. The trolley also includes a large tool and storage box attached.

Also included within the range is the KGN Motorsport Fabrication Drum Stand. Built using super strong, yet ultralight, aluminium the stand has been designed to support drums between 25-60 litres. The robust unit provides maximum support and safety for transferring fuel and oil and can also be laser cut to promote the team name or sponsor.

Other items within the range include Flight Cases, a Bike Bench, a Tyre Warmer Rack capable of holding ten tyres and rims, customisable Jump-Pack’s, Van Ramps and a to really stand out, a lightweight, sleek Pitlane Canopy. The full range of products is available in the attached brochure.
