Costing around £185, we’re loving the look of this Trophy MX helmet from Premier.
It looks like it’s just dropped right out of the 1970s but is a full-on, proper protective modern motocross lid.
The outer shell is molded from multi-axial fibres called DCA – composed of carbon, dyneema and aramid fibers, blended with the epoxy resin. The inner shell is multi-density EPS with a removable liner, and the helmet uses a D-ring closure.
It comes in sizes M to XL and weighs 1,2900g.
Plus, it looks like it does. Which is the best reason for buying this. Now, where’s our old twin-shock?
