If there’s one thing I hate, it’s an ill-fitting glove. We all know how important control is on a motorcycle, so there’s nothing worse than when you go to twist the throttle, but first you’ve got to get past that annoying area of super- baggy leather first. Thankfully, that’s not the case with Held’s Titan gloves. I’ve been wearing them nearly a year now and I really rate them. Not just because they look awesome, but they fit me a treat. In fact, if anything, at first they fitted a bit too well. It took the best part of a couple of hundred miles to bed them in, but they now fit my hand like a… ahem, glove. I feel super protected in them also. The spec on these things is relayed in their price. At £229 a pair, they’re far from being the cheapest of gloves out there, but they ooze quality and I’m sure they’re set to last me a long time – which is what you expect from a premium, quality product. Along with the peace of mind from the multiple safety features which includes Kevlar reinforced panels, Stingray side and finger protection and Titanium covered knuckles, the Kangaroo-made palms offer fantastic levels of feel. They’ve really impressed me.
