Zut Alors! Le Racing is off: French motorcycle competition ain’t happening

Following the sports-wide pulling of events, it’s been announced that the French Motorcycling Federation (FMF) has cancelled all competition in all disciplines of motorcycle sport until further notice.

A statement from the FMF issued over the weekend, said this:

Following the measure announced by the Prime Minister, this Friday March 13, concerning the prohibition of the gatherings of more than 100 people, in order to fight the propagation of the epidemic of Covid-19, the French Federation of Motorcycling decided to cancel all motorcycle competitions on national territory, until further notice.

The entire motorcycle sport community must stand in solidarity with the national effort in the face of this exceptional health situation.
