Merry Christmas! Ducati starts selling original racing parts as ‘collector’s memorabilia’. Perfect Xmas present.

So what DO you get the biker who has pretty much everything? How about some trick bits from MotoGP and WSB race bikes straight from Ducati itself?

Yep, Ducati has launched Ducati Memorabilia – where the factory is literally selling off parts from some of it’s track bikes to fans around the world.

As of right now, the Ducati Memorabilia project gives Ducati fans the chance to buy certified parts from bikes used in MotoGP and WSB teams. The first batch of official Ducati components consists of con-rods, crankshafts, camshafts and pistons, all personally certified by Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali and mechanical guru Gigi Dall’Igna.

All parts also come complete with a technical description and info on the relative rider and world championship season which they were contested in.

Memorabilia items can be bought at the Ducati Store in Borgo Panigale, at selected Ducati dealerships and from 2020, online at: www.ducati.com. Each piece is protected in a plexiglass display case and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Pretty cool.
