Liger Mobility from India may be a small start-up company that you’ve probably not head of, but it’s produced something on par with the latest thinking from Honda and Yamaha.

The firm’s gyroscopic system keeps a (so far) electric scooter upright with the set-up sending self-correcting pulses along the chassis to stop the bike falling to either side.

Liger has also rigged the scooter to not only be able to park itself into a predetermined area but to also come back to the registered rider with nothing more than a voice command.

We’ve seen this type of thing from Honda already but nothing that it this small or anything that can already be retro-fitted to some two-wheelers. Here’s the video of the system in action – it’s impressive:
