You know it’s hot and getting hotter? Well…

Here’s an odd post from the Brandenburg Police force in West Berlin, Germany.

According to the officer involved, the man was given a ticket on decency grounds for this pull on Tuesday last week. His reason for scootering au natural was that it was just so damned hot… you can’t reason with this sort of logic. At least he had his helmet, sandals and gloves on. Sheesh.
