So with the nightmare weather that’s forced everything TT up together so far – and the very poor rain forecast for Friday’s afternoon and evening – here’s how the plan looks for tomorrow and the day after.
It’s a pretty crazy day tomorrow (Thursday) with FOUR races going on. They stack up like this:
12.15 Superstock TT over 4 laps

14.15 Sidecar TT race two, held over 3 laps
16.00 Zero TT over one lap
18.30 Supersport TT race two, held over 4 laps
And that means that (if the Lightweight race DOES happen this evening at 6.30pm) Friday will see just ONE race – the Senior.
Traditionally The Senior happens on the final afternoon of the TT but given the terrible weather forecast for later on Friday, the biggest race of TT fortnight is being brought forward to 10.30 IN THE MORNING and will be the ONLY race of Friday.
That is, of course, if everything now goes to plan. We’ve not had much of that this year so don’t hold your breath for it to all pan out like this.
