We’ve clocked this clip from German TV show, Achtung Kontrolle showing a biker getting his pride and joy confiscated – and it’s left us stumped. We can’t quite see what the problem is… Can you?
Ok, so we know that you can have your bike confiscated in Germany if your exhaust is too loud – so it’s fairly clear why the rider gets pulled over. But he drops the baffle back into his aftermarket can without any trouble – so surely, that should be that. Apparently not though, as the Police seemed to find a problem with the mirrors and levers too – and decide to confiscate the bike. Any ideas why?
