We’ve just stumbled across this awesome documentary, which follows Suzuki’s 1970 motocross Grand Prix campaign. Cool right?
It was created for Suzuki to celebrate their dominance of the 250cc World Championship – with the Japanese manufacturer coming away with an outright win in the constructor’s championship, and both first and second place in the rider’s championship too.
It’s 25 minutes long, and features some fantastic racing footage from the 1970 season – showing the surprising speeds riders achieved, despite their relatively primitive suspension and brakes (well, by modern standards at least).
