Ok, so we’ll admit to being bowled over by this Fantic Enduro 250. It’s bloody lovely. The pics have just emerged ahead of tomorrow’s Intermot Motorcycle Show press day – and we figured we’d show you because you’d like it too.
Originally, this bike was shown as a prototype at the Milan show in 2015 but now it’s evolved into a full-on production bike for next year.
The frame is an all-new design made from molybdenum chrome steel. The bike’s seat has been specifically designed to be easier to shift from front to back whilst riding so that the rider can move about to find traction when riding.
No figures have yet been released but the seat height is lower to make the bike more accessible for non-expert riders and the steering angle increased for better stability on the road.
The motor is a 250cc single-cylinder, 4-valves, 4-stroke motor that kicks out 28bhp. The exhaust has been completely designed and made by Arrow.
The bike is going to be available in two colour schemes for both versions – the Fantic 250E (the basic version) and Fantic 250ER (the competition version) – the Home version which is White, Red, Blue and the Black Edition which is Black, White. Although there won’t be specific details about the differences between the versions until the official launch, it’s thought that suspension internals and braking performance is likely to be better on the competition version.
