New app helps bikers find motorcycle parking spaces in London

MotoBay London – a new Android app – helps motorcycle and scooter riders find parking bays and car parks in London.

The app was born after developer Nick Smith got getting by not being able to find a parking space for his Vespa in Soho, and finding no suitable existing app available for his phone.

The app has the following benefits:
· Rapid location finding means the nearest bays are displayed quickly
· Parking bay and car park information held on your device, so no online look-ups
· Navigation integration with Google Maps
· Coverage of all 33 London boroughs
· Details of bay location, type, borough and address
· Details of over 1800 bays and 350 council-run car parks
· Users can submit new and report incorrect parking bays
· A list of the parking rules for each borough is included
