The bike is a stock Yamaha R3 which kicks out 42bhp at the 10,750rpm redline with a supercharger fitted.
The race version now makes 60bhp (it’s limited to that amount, the full potential of the system in terms of output is not known) and it does that at 10,000rpm.
Other than the supercharger and a different exhaust, the bike is stock. It’s been made to take part in an Italian CIV championship next season.
We like the look of this very much (and can’t help but wonder how much this thing could make if it wasn’t restricted).
