I really rate this jacket. To be honest, I don’t get to wear it that much in the UK, but on the odd occasion when the weather perks up, there’s nothing better for keeping you cool, comfortable and feeling safe. I’ve probably used it more off- road than on Tarmac, but it’s proven a good companion regardless of where I am and what I’m riding. I remember going on one particular trip in the Algarve where the route was 90% dirt. That was the first time that I really saw just how good this garment was. In 30oC heat, the Air Jacket proved its worth to me, keeping me from boiling over across 70-miles of rough terrain. I also felt the benefits of its good fitment too. As standard, the Rev’it Air Jacket comes with removable CE approved shoulder and elbow armour. It also comes with a pocket for a back protector, in which I fitted a Forcefield product. I really did feel safe as houses at all times and, thanks to the multiple adjusters that litter the garment, I was super comfy. Since then I’ve probably worn the jacket equally as much casually as I have for motorcycling purposes. It’s pretty stylish and goes well with a pair of jeans. What’s more, take the body armour out and it’s super lightweight.
